Para propiciar un entorno familiar adecuado y unos h\u00e1bitos de estudio eficaces recomendamos ayudar al ni\u00f1o a <\/span><b>organizar y planificar las tareas de estudio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Para alcanzar este objetivo es importante:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">       <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planificar las tareas escolares.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">       <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Establecer su orden.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">       <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Distribuir el tiempo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">       <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elegir y adaptar el lugar de estudio.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al organizar la sesi\u00f3n diaria de estudio conviene iniciarla con tareas de una dificultad intermedia, continuar con las tareas m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles y dejar para el final las m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles.  En funci\u00f3n de la edad de los ni\u00f1os, es importante intercalar peque\u00f1os descansos de unos 5 minutos que ayuden a reducir el cansancio acumulado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al principio, organizaremos con el ni\u00f1o la planificaci\u00f3n de las tareas y del estudio. A medida que vaya progresando, iremos retirando las ayudas y cediendo el control para que \u00e9l sea capaz de planificar y autorregular sus aprendizajes.
